The Eco Housing Company provides sustainable, low carbon factory-built homes from our bespoke facility. With a capacity of six hundred homes a year we serve the South West and supply houses for Registered Housing Providers, Councils and commercial developers. Eco Housing Company is a Social Enterprise company, all profit is re-invested in the local community and social housing needs.

We work with a select few high-net individuals, family offices and sophisticated investors, offering them the opportunity to participate in our FCA regulated Development Land Bond.

The Bond provides our valued partners and investors with competitive bi-annual returns, secured against our pipeline of development land assets.
